Um comes from a I don't know if you know his story, his parents died in a fatal car crash when he w where when he was when he was young, so he's but he's come from nothing.

He's built he's he's got he's got himself a couple of media channels over in Turkey.

It's not it's something we're not used to in this country.

I I've obviously worked in Turkey, as did Turkey last last seas uh season before last.

Um and it's said it's a culture thing as much as anything else.

But they do things differently abroad.

Uh and that's why it's been great to work abroad because you you get y I think I'd have struggled working

uh at times last season there's sometimes there's thirty, forty people walking round the training pitch just watching like tactic honestly it's not something you're not used to in this country, but again in Turkey and Saudi Arabia it's it's it's normal.

Yeah, I just uh he when I was manager, I would I just wanted the people that could affect the session there.

I didn't want any hang any angers on or any people from um departments that didn't need to be there.

I want the focus for the players.

But again it's it's he's he's brilliant.
