When I really think about B2B payments and where request for payment
is going to make a difference, it has to do with resolving some of the pain points that exist today in B2B.
I'll start with reconciliation.
And that's one of the bigger problems around B2B.
Actually moving the money from one company to another company, there's a lot of different ways people can do that.
But it's once you receive the money, reconciling it, make sure you're applying it to the account correctly, to the right, and everything that goes with that, that becomes a challenge.
Well, with requests for payment, the supplier who's making the request for the payment can embed all the necessary information in the request so that when it comes to the buyer to approve it, when the buyer approves it, that information gets transferred to the payment from the request and sent back to the supplier.
So it can information be posted automatically.
You really get to a point where,
Not only can you have a real time payment, but you can have real time reconciliation with all these payments.
And that's a huge win.
The other aspect of it is really around working capital.
And I know the request for payment fits this somewhat, but request for payment enables B2B payments in this space.
