For me, one of the ones was always humility.
Humility is always a big one.
It doesn't matter where you've come from.
It's really interesting.
One of the things we do in the Special Forces, even if you're the new boy who's just passed selection, everyone has a voice at that table.
You know, because you don't know where this person's come from, you know.
And so for me, it's always having that humility.
Yes, I've had a great background and done some great things, but there's some other amazing people out there and don't think you are the top.
So humility was one for me.
One of the ethos of the Special Forces is young, relenting pursuit of excellence.
And, you know, that you always are trying to do your best.
You may not always hit.
You may not always hit that target.
But for me, as long as I know and I can look at myself in the mirror each day and say, right, I've done all I could today.
I've done everything that's...
I'm physically capable of.
The great thing about this unrelenting pursuit of excellence is not just in special forces or sport.
It could be in anything you do, whether you're in finance, whether you're in car dealerships, whether you're a carpenter.
It's that unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
