Why would I do that?

Let's utilize the experts on the ground.

And so for me, as a business leader or a leader, you're just a figurehead.

You're not, you know, you don't make the final decisions.

You know, one of the great things, oh, there was, well, I'm trying to think of the name of the book, but I know Amazon do it as well.

Amazon, have you heard about the Amazon board meetings?

That when you, have you heard about these?

Where a lot of people will- Depends on which, depends on where you're going with this.

Yeah, so, you know, a lot of people, you know, when you have these, when-

when you have these meetings or debriefs and things like that, and it's being run by the commander, a lot of people won't challenge that because they don't want to look stupid or things like that.

And they'll sort of just lean towards what he said because he's the commander.

Whereas what we do in the special forces, it goes around the whole room before it even goes to the commander.

So his input isn't having an influence on your response as well.

I mean, Amazon do something quite similar.

When they have board meetings, if you know what the board meeting's about, you're already going in there with preconceived conceptions, ideas.

You're probably having conversations with people about it and getting other people's input, but you're not getting your natural input and feedback.

So what they do in those board meetings is they don't tell you what it's about.

They just tell you what time it is and what time you've got to be there.

And then the paper is actually phased down.

And then you turn it over and you have 20 minutes to go through that and write your answers because your answers are natural.
