You know, I had flexibility of movement that I didn't have before.
or would have had in the military.
And obviously I was aware also I didn't have the support network in the military.
If something went wrong, you know, it would go drastically wrong.
But in a short period of time, I was learning about all these cultures, these countries, and I was building up this really great network of subject matter experts from around the world.
And, you know, just to give just the difference in projects, you know, one phone call, you're taking the UAE royal family, their super yacht, which is 117 meters long
from Barcelona to the Maldives, which sounds amazing.
And so, but then your next phone call, you're then flying out to Erbil in Iraq and you're training the Kurdish special forces to fight ISIS.
You know, there was everything in between.
And one thing I also found out with the security industry
It wasn't risk-reward ratio balanced.
So there's guys I knew in Iraq coming under contact every day.
On 50% of what guys were doing, working with big CEOs and chairmen of the Fortune 500, staying in five-star hotels and private jets around the world.
And so that also was on my radar as well.
It's actually, you don't need to be taking these risks.
you know, for the rewards.
And so, yeah, like I said, I knew there was work.
And then I soon realized that, you know, this is my new line of work.
But how do we maximize on that?
