in, in, uh, in sport as well.

But, um, but I think the biggest one is belief, humility.

My wife always says my USP in the security is I can talk to anyone around the world, whether you're the King of England or a homeless boy in Somalia, because that's what's worth you.

I mean, obviously there's an element that I have taken risks.

You know, I work on my own in Somalia.

I work on my own in Yemen and, and I build those teams.

There is an element of risk there, but you know, I'm not also, I'm not, uh,

totally risk averse.

I understand the atmospherics and the situations on the ground as well.

And so it's not that I have been clumsy.

I've just been able to really, I don't know if it's a sixth sense, being able to identify good people from bad people and get into those situations.

But actually, the traits are exactly the same in business.

I can start with how we ended up on the bike ride.

And so actually once, and there's a few things we've touched on from earlier on as well is, so I just finished, I just come back from the Canadian embassy trip.

uh evacuation i got home and my normal standard operational procedures i laundered my clothes i charged my phone and we get ready for the next phone call because you don't know where you're going next and i came home and alana was laundering my clothes and had blood all over one of the shirts and she's like you know what's the blood from and so when we got when i took the canadian embassy to the tunisian border there was an rta there was a road traffic accident at the border and so i was administering first aid

to some of the casualties there and obviously got blood on me.

It was nothing to do with the mission itself.

And I said to her, I said, oh, I sort of told her and I said, can we get, I was more worried about, can we get the blood out the shirt?

And she's like, yeah, I can, but I think we need to have a chat.
