So we can put in an offer, but I can tell you right now, personally, I would not be in favor of offering a whole lot of money considering the rehabilitative costs of that building. low-confidence

And it made sense if we were going to get it for free, but if we're going to have to pay, I believe the appraised value was about $4 million, if I'm not mistaken, when we did the analysis for the city hall with a... low-confidence

And so I think that's where we're at in this point in time is trying to figure out if we have an intended use so that way when we do the appraisal process, it comes back accurate for what we're seeking to use the parcel for. low-confidence
