We are a technology education franchise and we know kids that we're teaching are walking around with their cell phones and their iPhones and and they want to learn more about the technology.
So we need to be more than one step ahead of them.
Um, well communication will always make your job easier.
So, you know, I believe always to commu communicate openly and honestly with my team, my corporate team, but as well as with the franchisees.
So if you're communicating via, you know, your traditional methods of once a month you have a conference call or a one on one call with the franchisee.
Okay, well that keeps things um alive and well and you understand what's going on.
But once you start introducing things like Facebook and Twitter and uh LinkedIn and and you get to see
the personal side of what's going on.
You get to see them um interacting with their customers and their teachers and their clients.
You also get to torment the heck out of the franchisees.

Well, I've got several franchisees that are following me on Twitter and then I'm getting emails.
What what what does it have?
What what are you talking about?
It's like, oh, you'll have to wait three weeks until conference.
Um but it it really communication i is
something that'll either break a system
Or it uh it'll it'll keep the system alive.
And uh we as a corporate team
