for training will go home with that as one of their operations manuals.

So that's where um, you know, you can put it in your franchise agreement.

and your policies and procedures.

We've taken a different route to where our uh franchise agreement states that you must follow the policies and procedures of the operations manual.

Um I think we're up to thirteen or fourteen operations manual.

So that way it it's it's in the agreement.

very uh vague in the agreement.

It just says you have to follow the operations manuals, but it is one of the franchise operations manuals.

So I I think every franchise that is going to adapt

social media should have uh um a m manual or policies and procedures in place

Well, uh through the Smart Brief, the IFA newsletter, one uh article came out and just said uh they were opening the video contest.

They did one last year.

Um, you know, there's a video contest so you can submit your video and it had some criteria.

It had to have history um to the brand, it had to have an entertainment factor, it it had to have a human element to it.

You know, it had to be um worth watching.

we decided why not?

We'll we'll we'll make our own video.
