So it gives you real peace of mind to have nurses on.
I've had nurses on with my elderly father for seven years.
And when my mother died, I went from worrying about him every single minute to, oh, my God, thank heavens he has somebody with him 24 hours a day.
You've made such an impact on his life.
Well, a lot of it is private pay.
It is unfortunate that our third-party payers don't always pay for the care advantage side, the private duty side.
That tends to come from the patient.
But, you know, I've seen this commercial.
How can you put a price on peace of mind?
How can you put a price on care for your parents?
We can't put a price on that, can we?
That means so much.
And you know what?
I tell people...
I have never seen, as a nurse, a Brinks truck at a funeral.
So what better way to take care of your parents than to give them healthcare at home?
different levels of care the $20 rate is for a companion CNA okay got it the nurse rate of course would be higher and we have we have people that come in and say look all I want is an RN for my mother or father what's an RN a registered nurse great what I am and maybe they don't need that level of care but that person wants that and they can afford it and
I've had patients for up to 10 years with nothing but round the clock LPNs and RNs on with them because that family has taken their money and decided to devote it to their care.
We have 3,000 probably field employees.
And then each office has anywhere from three to five people in it that manage those people.
