Then you're creating an environment that's not suitable for these people that are causing all the problems.

And there's a lot of people with mental health issues that are just wandering around the streets with nothing to do.

So that has a negative impact on society too.

But these people aren't being given the help that they require.

So it would be nice if you had multiple departments across the government, from HSE, mental health institutions,

to help these people.

That's really what needs to happen.
