And I'm just curious when you work with educators and with teachers and trying to make these changes, is there a lot of resistance?
Do you find that systems are are open to feedback and and
wanting to do the the hard work to make deeper, meaningful changes within the way that they run their schools.
Yes, I as a someone who speaks as well, I find that all the time.
Uh it's hard to get in front of the entire school and
It is the entire school's responsibility, the entire s parent student body.
It's it's everyone's responsibility to shift these paradigms.
Um, but it is tricky or it's difficult to kind of advocate to get in front of those audiences.
I wanna talk about your work as a poet and your creative work when I just have one more question about the the education reform work.

I'm wondering where you see
the biggest sense of urgency right now, or what is kind of the biggest um thing that you're pushing for in terms of where we are on our journey, where do you see the most energy?
Does that make sense?
Yeah, it's interesting.
I think about that a lot.
And also coming out of COVID where so many people have been working from home.
