Well, what we heard from the clinicians and her family members and her medical records was that she tried prescriptions for several medications.

She checked into McLean Hospital, a psychiatric hospital for inpatient treatment just weeks before the killings and was released after spending five days there.

And and really what emerged from all of this was that Clancy was responsible for managing a lot of her own care, recording her prescriptions, monitoring side effects, finding appropriate providers.

Well, they argued Clancy had ample access to care, but sometimes disregarded her provider's advice, switched providers or stopped taking certain medications.
