And how that works well is with you've got a safe, calm, trusting environment so
The amygdala is feeling I'm safe, there's nothing to worry about here, so can be more present because of course
being in labor and making decisions is inherently an um anxiety provoking.
So for us to be able to create a beautiful, safe, calm environment actually benefits us all.
The other thing is because we all are human, people have a different perception of risk.
It's very individualized.
