Every metric improved.
And that was in three months, practicing twice a week with the biofeedback of heart coherence, training to have more heart coherence, and then using the little simple one-minute techniques to get more coherent or to release stress as they went through their day-to-day life or before tests.
Well, my experience is we're going to be incoherent when we react to someone.
And then it's a choice.
You start to know that if I focus on the heart, do some heart focus, breathing, pause, and then really practice compassion.
I'm going to get coherent.
Compassion, kindness, forgiveness brings our heart rhythms into coherence, synchronizes our heart, brain, and nervous system, and opens up the frontal lobes for compassionate thinking and bigger picture.
So those feelings, kindness, compassion, forgiveness, which feel good to us, actually are what give us more intelligence.
That's why we call it heart intelligence of what's appropriate.
They show us a bigger picture.
They're the way
activate the next level of the brain.
That's why they're in every religion, every culture.
They're not just sweet things to do.
They're power energies that synchronize the human system.
And that's what we're supposed to be.
Love one another, care, forgive, becoming every leader and teacher talks about that.
