That's why a lot of athletes are using it, Olympic athletes, athletes.
people who want to find that flow state quicker, the military.
It's amazing the outcome data we've had over the last 20 years of people utilizing these simple tools, techniques, but also the heart rate variability, coherence, biofeedback, because that really lets you know what's going on.
So you're not imagining it in your head.
You're feeling it in your body.
Yes.
First of all, let me say the heart has its own intrinsic nervous system, a little brain in the heart that's independent of the brain and the hip.
It has 40,000 sensory neurons.
It was only discovered in the 1990s by University of Dalhousie researchers.
researcher named Drew Armour.
But it helps explain what I'm about to say.
So this independent nervous system is really feeling what the body feels.
And when you're in that incoherent state, it signals the brain that goes into that stress reaction, fight, flight, defensiveness, protection.
That doesn't feel good, speeds up heart rate.
When you are in coherence,
that beautiful hills, you feel aligned.
You feel harmonious.
You feel at ease.
Coherence in nature, physics, always implies harmony, order, just like a coherent discussion.
Clarity.
