Representative James Comer, who chairs the House Oversight Committee, vows to subpoena prison guard Tova Noel if she doesn't appear before Congress for a transcribed interview on Thursday, March 26.
Noel was on duty at the Metropolitan Correctional Facility when Epstein hanged himself.
The New York Post reported Noel googled the sex predator minutes before he was found dead in his cell and made mysterious cash deposits to her bank account.
Chase Bank flagged several cash deposits to her account in a suspicious activity report to the FBI in November of 2019.
Noel's attorney hasn't confirmed if she'll appear without being subpoenaed.
