Why does my mind not know when to stop?
Now, that was an art that I had to learn.
For you, it was learning how to not be so emotionally sensitive.
But the high road is what you just said, like loving it.
That's so beautiful.
That's a very lost art.
Water is the one element on our planet.
If you think about it, you can't drink it.
There's chemicals in it.
We don't know how to cry when there's death.
Men, boys don't know how to cry.
It's the element that got turned into ice.
So to have you role modeling it for us, it is going to, that would be, if there's one single element that I wish the world, and this was what was supposed to happen the last two and a half years, which it didn't,
would be the compassion to say i'm scared i'm lonely i need someone and not be embarrassed yeah by saying i want to blame you i want to judge you totally like what if we just said out loud which i do yes like i'm just about to judge you i was just with a bunch of friends who are they appear to me as an elder like hippies and i tend to judge hippies and then i caught myself and i was like you're doing that thing but if i could say out loud yes i did judge you uh-huh
That liberating honesty, the transparency would make this world very different.
It's what you said, when the heart is open and you disclose a truth to someone, it's shocking.
Yeah.
The medicine, that's what every psychotherapist knows.
We get paid a lot of money to show people how to open their heart.
What a crazy job.
