Two, I must have known that I was going to learn something about how to manage big, giant change.

I personally hate change.

So this is not my favorite era.

I keep thinking, did I

Did I opt in?

Yeah, this is crazy.

On the other hand, I love astrology and what a perfect language to use during these times.

There's some people like yourself who are highly sensitive and they require quiet.

So they get guilt-free cards to say, you know what?

Take time out.

And don't feel the pressure that you should be with people, that you need to be in the bathtub and you need to have a glass of wine and you need to be alone in the backyard and you need to go be with your friends who are quiet and don't talk.

We love those people, the water people.

Then there's people that research, the air people.

They're scrolling, they're reading all the stuff, they're scaring the shit out of themselves.

They're like collecting information and reading and learning and taking classes and it gets a little confusing.

So they need to learn to get their mind in their seat.

This is highly a spiritual practice of mindfulness.

Can I tell my mind to stop being so addicted to scrolling?

Like, do I get free will in my mind?

The people that are here, they don't follow through, they talk too much, they're so curious, they ask a million questions, and they don't always have an end to that problem of their curiosity.
