When it comes to taking drugs and that changing how you feel about someone, does that then shift forever how you feel about them?

How do you mean?

Like I knew someone who did MDMA and then got a massive crush on the guy that she was at the party with.

Yeah.

And really was like, he's the love of my life and then hyper fixated on him being the love of her life.

Yeah.

And then so when she went back to being normal and sober, she was obsessed with him.

Actually, I know I do this every episode, but there was actually a Sex and the City episode where that happened.

And Samantha took ecstasy with that guy.

Was it Dick?

The really hot, rich guy.

And she was like trying so hard to not come on too strong.

Yeah.

And she did ecstasy.

They had sex.

She said, I love you during sex.

And he didn't say back.

This is, I think, where the episode, there's like an episode where they talk about how, like, if they don't say it back within like a week or two weeks or however long, then the relationship is doomed.

I feel like the longer you try and hold it back, the more likely it's going to come out in a really weird way.

You know what I mean?
