about 26,000 a year.
So, it's not a huge amount, but it is there as a backup.
And I think I might have mentioned earlier that the reality is that people who are renting in retirement and those that are involuntarily retiring before age pension age or even at age pension are
they are at a higher risk with those poorer outcomes.
And there is things like Commonwealth rent assistance, but what we find is that rent assistance is far below what the actual cost of rent is.
So, yeah, I mean, it's not great.
We are lucky that we have a backup system, but it's not going to give you choices and it's not going to be significant.
So what I find is people at that point don't
Well, I mean, I'm not really advising those sorts of people because they can't really afford to get financial advice, unfortunately.
And there's really limited options if you have no savings and it's just you're getting the age pension.
Like, that's what it is.
You just have to learn to manage your money within that income.
So the earlier we can start, as I keep saying, the earlier we can start, the better.
And it just gives you choices, really.
