For business, it's a great place to be because whatever happens around it, Dubai still remains Dubai.
It's the center, examples, cultures, concepts that people want to copy.
That's good.
I think it's just good to be in Dubai.
Although I would say maybe Dubai, you know, especially now takes it to like maybe extreme level over building itself and so on.
I would probably ask them to chill a little bit.
But yeah, it's okay.
