We like what we do.

Well, I was on, uh, I was, uh, supposed to be sailing longer than I did.

Uh, I ended up with six, seven years.

I made it to the second mate and, um, then just started short career, did some ship rocking, um, ships, uh, management, operation agency and so on.

And then I just got, um, a CV to BBC and they said, yeah, so.

Yeah, with BBC, yes.

Oh, that's been the life story, I think.

I mean...

here we are sort of chaotic in a sense disorganized you need to be able to find some gold and a lot of mud whereas Europe is I don't know I mean it used to be back in the day when I was there more structured more you know clearer transparent things were more complicated on the paper side not on the

the gulf countries over at least my time that i've been here i've done a decent job diversifying the economies and pushing into the industrialization of them pushing into finer products producing and so on

Again, pulling in a lot of industries, businesses that end up producing more and more.

I don't think they even wanted, when they started, to be the world leader.

with the cheaper labor in the area, with the more or less sort of simple bureaucratic kind of system that they have here to start the business and so on, they've made it quite well.

So they've diversified and made it to be one of the centers in some sense of several industries, some industries.

I mean, we've got like what?

about six seven years of everything with covid ups and downs with a bad market then the good market at the end and stabilizing market in between and then we've got a lot of political and um the political challenges that we've seen the middle east is the the actually the epicenter of of this you know we've that this place has always had some issues with uh

with neighbors to each other, let's say.

So the way I see it is that they've done good decisions in investing in the good development, diversification, and so on.

It hasn't been the easy path for them, I can see, but they have done it.
