So I can foresee an example in New Jersey where I worked

our overtime, not overtime rates, I'm sorry, their extra duty or off duty and then construction rates are two different things.

And they were built into our contracts and they were non-negotiable.

So how does that work?

And then how do you guys also like, for example, let's take the New Jersey state police, for example, if you're a top pay New Jersey state trooper, let's call it at $140,000 a year, no matter what they do, first of all, I'm sure they can't work off duty.

They have to work probably through the state, but no matter what they do,

they get paid their overtime rate.

And there are some agencies like that as well.

So the overtime rate for a guy like that is going to be $85, $90, $95.

So how does all that stuff work within the app?

I mean, if I think about it, we had a woman who was, you know, at a big agency.

So we had a woman whose job literally was to run her off duty payroll.

That's all.

That's what her job was.

So I'm sure that that alone, replacing arguably a $50,000, $60,000 a year position at town hall would have probably been a very appealing thing to the administration.

But let me ask you this.

Like, what are some of the challenges you often see from these administrations who are

shaky or apprehensive to get on the bus with something like this yeah and i'm assuming the first biggest thing is their loss of control at least hypothetically speaking in their mind you just talk about having a good old boy system nobody they don't want anybody to interrupt that but i don't know how in modern day policing how prevalent that is anymore i'm not sure um

It's all very, very interesting.

And I can see how many challenges you guys must have faced just trying to run it through my head.
