And that's, they don't work like we worked.
And he's like, so we're turning a lot of jobs over to other jurisdictions and the state police, because we can't cover it.
Um, so it's a very interesting time in the profession, I guess, in society that it's a major detriment, but you know, when I, when you talk about that conversation you have with that construction guy, I thought to myself, the one thing you're saving the most is time.
And so when you can save somebody time like that and make the process easy, this is the key to a great business, you know, and essentially,
We're kind of in the same business, even though we're in a different business.
We're in the same field because I am a time saver.
And what we do here is build out training products that people can take immediately.
And the reason it exists the way that it does is because in the profession now, there is a massive shortage of manpower.
There's no money.
And because of that, agencies can't spare bodies to go to training.
So, you know, but they still need to train.
And not only that, they still have to get a certain amount of training in every year.
I mean, you were a KW, right?
I was at KW briefly.
Okay.
As a realtor, you have to take continuing education training.
Yep.
And it is arguably, I might want to have like somebody take razor blades to my eyeballs.
before I pay the 99, but you have to keep your... It's the same thing in every profession.
