So ratio, I think most people will be comfortable once they figure out how to get the ratio, right?

Because that's just, they built something that is working.

some level of willingness to risk on the certainty of the future playing out as you would hope for, I turn to be, you know,

Over a year ago, we might do something this year, but that is really a in-between milestone type raise.

We're really waiting to kind of hit a certain inflection point, which is a set of internal metrics for where we go out and do what we believe is that kind of raise for the next milestone.

Some combination of those, certainly some slight elasticity attached to the ARR number, but some number for where we can certainly suggest that we figured out how this works.

And there'll be a high belief of us being able to take X number and turn it into 10X of that number.

And then there's certainly a set of internal metrics, ones that we talked about as well, which is, have we figured out retention?

Have we figured out kind of net expansion and so on and so forth?

And I want to have all of those kind of in tune before we kind of go out and do that next milestone, because that will be highly dilutive as a common shareholder.
