And then the next thing as I saw as I was moving out here, another personal struggle was how messed up the process is.
To buy real estate.
And there's a lot of news and information on social media and be loggers and stuff talking about the real estate market here.
And I experienced it firsthand.
Everything from people representing properties that they don't have the rights and authority.
I experienced agents and brokers who have different prices.
One person selling the same property for a different price, the other one's trying to sell it for a different price.
And that one of them doesn't even know who the owner is.
We haven't even touched the the surface of if it's a legitimate titled property.
So that whole process we tried to disrupt.
But again, in my personal humble opinion, and I you know, no offense to startups and founders trying to do real estate, after a hundred fifty thousand dollars and eighteen months, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole in somebody else's money.

Well, yeah, because also I think there's a lot of government resistance to empowering real estate.
