So I think people are doing it in a way that's more aligned to how they can address the issues in a way that isn't disruptive to their business.

But it continues to be a focus for both businesses and the government.

Well, I think where they're focusing is thinking about energy efficiency and how they produce goods.

And if they're producing goods from a service industry perspective, it's engaging with their customers and trying to understand how much their customers will absorb from a cost perspective.

I think it's also thinking about the types of fuel that they do use.

If they're not able to transition, what kind of fuel can you use?

What it looks like is integrating yourselves in the social kind of fabric of the community, investing in the community, upskilling employees so that if there is a change of regime, a change of types of employment, that people are being reskilled.

It also looks like sponsoring events in the community from a sport perspective and getting very much involved in what are the critical matters of the business community and the local community.

Both, I would imagine.

I think it is the right thing to do as opposed to the ethical thing to do.

I think from a business perspective, it also enhances relationships.

Sustainability is very much about collaboration.

And when you do collaborate, you find that actually there are advantages for both parties.

So I think that's also a key motivator for many people.

The big gap is because the actual renewable energy and the speed at which we're moving towards a grid that is renewable is much slower than we'd anticipated, partly due to legislation, partly due to planning, partly due to access to skills.

And so there's a lot of kind of barriers to completion of that.

So companies are beginning to realise while they may have a plan to move fast, they're unable to kind of make that happen due to the resources that are available to them, both externally and internally within the business.

So it's a real challenge to move towards a more renewable energy business when actually there's less energy than one had anticipated at this point in the grid.
