See, the thing is I think you get better it's just my opinion, they get better wage and these guys are a certain age.

They're just early in their sixties.

And I think uh it's just my opinion.

But and sometimes this is what these guys that elder guys have as well.

The younger guys just look up to them and just there's just something a about them that they go, Oh fucking hell.

A wee bit of reassurance that you're going the right direction, a wee bit of batting.

Sometimes you feel d like I can't speak for you but I was in in it for a a short, short period.

You feel alone.

You feel isolated, I don't know.

And I was like you, that stupidly, no speaking to anybody.

And I never done that 'cause I thought we but a bravado, I can date myself.

But that's how I've I would be different if I was uh if I'd get that job an hour ten years later, because that's what I would have been doing.

I'd have been phoning people that have been in there, been there, done it.
