but if they start well like Galway today and put some doubts into the Limerick minds there's a chance I mean the thing about this is I kind of felt that everyone was talking about Limerick-Cork final and it did look the most likely pairing but you kind of feel there's going to be some it doesn't always follow those kind of expected lines and straight lines well just on that is a nice little boost for Leinster-Horland today as well it is it is indeed because it was a little bit even even sort of the kind of nodding approval that it got this year was
a little bit patronising because it's kind of seen as, well, it was very competitive amongst itself, but God bless them, you know, but I mean, sure, they're going over, really wants to get out of there, but Galway have taken it on a stage further, and we didn't know until today, and they stepped up today, and they showed that, jeez, you know, there's a serious team there, and that's good for the rest of Leinster, I know Kilkenny have slipped back a bit, and Offaly have come, they had a bad setback, I know, against Cork, but it is good for the rest of them, because it does have a sort of a knock-off effect,
and they feel they're part of something.
Because when the Leinster champion comes out and does that, and represents the province that well, it obviously is a lift to the rest of the team in a way.
Yeah, it's an exceptional performance.
I don't think anybody saw this coming.
I mean, you wouldn't have ruled out a Galway win necessarily, but to win in that fashion so comprehensively.
And, you know, there's two sides to it.
