Some people try and maybe, you know, when they maybe are maybe panicking about debt, go, OK, I have to come up with a side hustle.

I have to do that.

Is that advisable or not?

Or does that actually, can that add to the stress?

Is there any such thing as easy money?

For those people who are lucky enough to have space, there are incentives.

You could take in a larger under-renting scheme if you were trying to bolster your income.

You know, so if you could do that.

And the other thing that I sometimes see people doing, they go off dog sitting or cat sitting and could go and live somewhere for a couple of months.

You need to like dogs and cats to do it though.

And what about, you know, and again, if people are fortunate enough to do it, at this time you see a lot of people doing a house swap or renting out their own house when they're away?

Absolutely.

It's a no-brainer.

Yeah, and I think me and Benji got an entire novel out of that.

Now, I have to be a little bit prudent.

Renting out your home while you're away, that is taxable income.

We have to remind people of that.

Are there ways, though, in which you can offset any of the costs associated if you turn your home even temporarily into a business opportunity?
