And I would say very, very, very few doctors or consultants working in our health care system who would come out or come on your show and say, yes, I will provide different levels of safety.

The most fundamental requirement of any medical care service.

It starts with the safety of the patients.

And you're actually going to say, if you don't give me 4,000 quid, your level of safety is going to be less than that of somebody who does.

But what this is doing is sending out a message.

And that is simply wrong.
