You look at the ocean temperatures in the North Atlantic,
probably a lot more concerning to the scientists than... Sorry, I hope people take this the right way.
I think we struggle with the government in this country.
I think a lot of our policies here lend itself to worsening climate change.
I remember a couple of years ago, MicheΓ‘l Martin went to Glasgow COP and he signed this global treaty to reduce methane by 30% by, I can't remember what the date was,
And he came back a few days later and said, well, we're only going to reduce it by 10% because that was a global 30%.
Yet if we're only doing it by 10%, then other countries need to pick up the slack.
And we are so far off on our climate targets here in Ireland.
And there are lots of countries that are going to meet their climate targets that have done quite well.
There was measures like the nitrogen derogation recently.
Yeah, just sorry for interrupting.
I mean, because of the actions and the proactiveness of Denmark, they're right up there with meeting their needs.
They won't be facing billions of pounds that we will.
We just don't have either the policy coordination between government departments or just the desire to be proactive and take the opportunity and not be always reactive.
Yeah, well, we definitely should enjoy the sun.
