I would say it's three guys that I particularly uh give a lot of credit to.
I would say Andy Reid, Sean McVay, and Dion Sanders.
uh to have patience at H B C U.
Just to be patient to uh understand, you know, resources may not be as um, you know, as as much as needed from some other schools and um just kinda just, you know, make sure you keep the main thing the main thing and, you know, just have expectations to want to change the program around, but at the same time just know that the resources may not be able to be where you need 'em to be.
