So that's leading me to believe after we're coming in on seven weeks now, it's leading me to believe that he cannot be moved.

To me, it smells more of trying to buy more time

So originally, I thought the motive was to shut the U.S.
government down, because without Senator McConnell's vote, they almost certainly cannot move forward appropriations.
