Yeah, she's a functional medicine doctor from Austin.

And I remember chatting with her early in the days of this podcast.

And I was like, you know what?

And I had been pretty aware of mold and we had different experts come on.

I'm like...

Why does it feel like mold is so much more of a thing now?

She's like, dude, mold has been a thing since the beginning of time.

It's in the Bible.

It's in the Bible.

So many traditions.

The way that we've built has been, one,

You look at like these traditional houses in India, these big concrete slabs, other stuff, like we've always had to be crazy aware of mold.

And we've just never had drywall and insulation and all the things that we have now, which are so beautiful, they allow us to live a modern life.

We've never had them as a human species to the degree where we just can't see what's going on in our environment.
