Well, generally the scoreboard is the result, you know, like literally the score at the end where this is a system that grabs the lead and you keep track of it.
So something, as I said, spreadsheet is probably the most basic thing, but there's lots of other systems in that that do it.
But you'd have to have something that tracks those sort of stages, I think.
And importantly, the reason I think that's important is because then you can map where your drop-off is.
So you can decide, am I getting enough leads?
Am I converting enough to sales?
Are we delivering or are we losing people from, you know, that delivery time's too long?
And then are they paying?
So we're able to track it and that will sort of give you the next area of the business that you'd want to be working on or fine-tuning.
Yeah.
That's really interesting.
It has moved quite quickly, hasn't it?
Because remember last year when you were in Christchurch, you know, like it's like I quite often think about that, you know, like in terms of it just was a lot.
You know, you were working a lot and there was all the cognitive load was on you and just, well, not just you, but, you know, you were taking a lot of it on board.
And so that is interesting, isn't it?
Just that one single move to get Sha on board, which is, you know, giving you more cognitive load, but then you have the capacity to move forward.
The heart and the gut feel up a bit.
But also with the studio being physical as well.
That changed everything, didn't it?
Yeah.
