Because if we look at it as networking, it does feel icky and and gross and we don't want to do it.

But if you just look at it as relationship building,

that feels better for everyone and the people on the receiving end of it too, but you're you're both it's mutually beneficial.

And then you support each other and that Charlotte is a master at that.

You know, the same a similar thing happened to me when I spoke recently.

Well, I think it was was it a year ago when I spoke to um Florida executive women.

And I

Had met the woman who reached out to me, I had met her.

Again, probably like ten years before that.

And I actually hadn't seen her in quite some time.

But she contacted me and said, Hey, we need a speaker and it needs to be really good and it needs to be on this topic.

And I you came to mind.

It it kinda out of the blue, she reached out to me, but I had maintained a relationship with her.

We hadn't seen each other in a while, but we would message back and forth every so often.

We liked each other.

So there she went and just recommended me, reached out to me, and then I spoke at the event and we got three clients from it.

So you don't you don't ever know where those relationships are gonna lead.

So, you know, relationship building is a long term play, just like personal branding is like it's a long term play.
