And I think that just changing the way that they approach things defensively, if I'm to assume that Jim Leonard wants to borrow from some of that Vance Joseph, really going back to Rex Ryan-esque approach to defense where we are just trying to make plays in the backfield as aggressively as possible.

Like when I think about a Mike McDonald defense or a Vic Fangio defense, they're aggressive too, but everything is built around we're not giving up explosive plays.
