perfect you do have all of the symptoms that Colm has referred to I've seen it myself young players naive parents not really understanding what it is and what it isn't that they sort of you know I'm a bright talker I talk in under 15 development squads a number of years ago and with the ambition to stay with them and maybe maybe move on to minor manager it was just too much to balance with work and I didn't want to give up coaching with the kids
