I mean since Silkwood I haven't really done any long races that were over I think seven hundred.

Because in Hellenic I I had like one really shit night where I couldn't sleep and then I really paid for that for the last two days of the race.

And I didn't want that to happen.

So I really focused on like I wanna sleep, I brought my full sleeping setup, I wanted to sleep comfortably, I wanted to sleep long enough.

So every night I slept at least four hours.

I think that also helped me really coming out of the race really rested.

I think I was I was really fine finishing the race because I slept so much.
