It's still a lot.

And yeah, it gave me a lot of confidence also to be able to rest.

Like sometimes I now take rest days.

I don't do anything.

And then I did not do that.

I would go out for a stupid five K run or ten K run just to f for my brain.

to think that I did something because I'm like, no, no, no, you're you you can't.

You can't just not do anything because y you're you're too slow anyways.

You need the training.

And like you really helped me to have a bit more confidence in the training.

Confidence in the progress.

And really like

calm me down a little bit about like, yeah, just having more confidence in the things that I'm actually doing and pointing out like, but listen, if you look at all of these things that you've done in the past months

That's great.

So um yeah.

And also looking at where I'm coming from, like what I'm doing, what my background is.

I've not been a runner for all my life, I've not been a cyclist for all my life.

Um, I don't have all the time in the world.

Um, I don't have a nine to five job where I can go on my bike after work all the time and run in the weekends all day long.
