I don't want to stop.
So it's a mixture of sort of cardio and skipping and Exactly exactly and I try to do it pretty much every day try to stay fit because this is what I do all my life I am I'm a football player.
I need to stay in shape Even if you don't play you need still to stay in shape give example to young players young people, you know to my wife obviously, you know Stay with you
you just want to play in my stage now I'll be 38 in January you just want to play a bit more a bit more but at the same time you don't want to look stupid you know because as you spoke sometimes I go and play home with young players you know when they start running around me circles you're like okay you know it's not as it used to be and of course I'm not the player I used to be but still have
quick brain in my head.
Probably.
You're thinking that all the time.
Still, when I watch games from my former teams and when I get angry, I'm like, yeah, if I was there now, you know, I can do that and this, you know.
But at the same time, it's not like that.
You go there, it's... Yeah, yeah.
What about the coaching?
On my mind, I'm doing my badges at the moment.
You know, like every football player, I think in my head that I can be a great coach.
But reality, sometimes it's not the same.
But I'm doing my badges in my mind and I have ambition someday to be a manager here in England because I like it here.
So I'm watching, I go into training session, I speak with managers, I speak with friends.
When I have time, always write something to develop.
You need to develop every day.
Football changes a lot from when I used to play.
It's on my mind and we'll see what happens in the future.
