Yes, I think if we can prioritize that as we are looking at affordable housing and incentivizing ADUs, I think it's important for us to have these design templates that can save thousands of dollars to homeowners that are looking to do this.

So I just wanted to sort of clarify the whole process we went through in the housing committee last year was to come up with innovative ideas, creative ideas to reduce the cost of building ADUs.
