yeah it'll be it's more of an emotional piece of advice than anything and it came i learned it from being in athletics for a lifetime but it's to not get too high and to not get too low everything's going to come in cycles right you're going to have good times you're going to have bad times the key is
to when things are really good, celebrate what we wanna see more of.
So we do wanna celebrate, celebrate what we wanna see more, but don't ride so high on that emotion that when things start to turn and when things are bad, don't ride so low.
