Doesn't mean we're gonna win every single game and doesn't mean that we're not gonna switch up different things, but I'm not gonna live and die by this is my philosophy and this is my system, and I'm never breaking that.

Cause I believe you gotta lose your little bit of pride in that side of things because you know there's there's great coaches who've never won.

There's coaches who get fired after winning a state title and getting fired the next year.

And it's like, what?

He's a bad coach?

No, maybe he got lucky or the kids bought in or he had the best player.

So um for me, it comes down to standards versus philosophy.

And and that's where I go lean back on my coaches.

If if you see something that I can't see, let's draw it up.

I if our offense sucks or our defense sucks, let's change it.

And I'm not gonna go live and die by my pride in and basketball.

You know, this is a learning thing.

So my my first year we we had a bunch of stuff.

And

Uh you know, and anybody who watched our first year versus our second year, you know, we definitely made adjustments.

We were switching things all the time.

We we we felt like, hey, this is awesome in practice.

We're killing it.

You know, our varsity's crushing our J V.

And that's a thing that, you know, sometimes you you it it's hard to see.
