The first part of the week, I'm at home and I really take advantage of going to bed at a reasonable time, wake up, 3 a.m., I'll get in the shower.

But yeah, so you get up at three.
No, but then I can go to sleep.
Like, you know, I try to get to bed.
I get in bed at 8.30.
I'm there on my phone, whatever I'm doing.
And then I can try and get that solid four-hour sleep.
And as soon as I've got it,
Sometimes I wake up earlier because I've gone to bed too early.
So I just – You just can't get past that four hours.
You're just like – Well, no, I'll try and push through.
But then it kind of – I feel like it just ruins my day.
