I do my like manifestation, my like looking at myself in the mirror saying gratitudes of my like – like my physique, everything, my – you know, just to – I don't know.

It's been really important for me to have this ritual because I feel like it makes me feel good.

I feel like it's changed me.

I feel like it's changed my looks.

I feel like I've gotten better with age than, you know, like when I was younger, when I was a bit more, you know, harsh on myself.

I don't think that was good for my body.

And actually I saw something just last night, probably in the middle of the night.

I saw something and they were talking about how this doctor, this Japanese doctor did an experiment with water and like they screamed at this glass of water and all these negative and, you know, horrible things to this glass of water and then froze it.

And it just, the way it froze, it was just this ugly kind of fractured.

And it looked terrible.

And then they did another glass of water and they said all these positive things, great things to it and was really complimentary and then froze that water and it turned into like beautiful snow crystals.
