So eating clean foods is very important to me.

Mind you, like me and Vince, we have gone through like we were pescatarian and then we were vegan for two years.

And so we really got to learn about health.

Being vegan was absolutely terrible for health, I think.

For me especially.

Vince was completely fine.

But for me, like it broke me out.

I had pimples all over my face.

I was depressed.

Yeah.

There was lots of things.

I can't really remember, but it was a little while ago.

But I think eating just clean, real foods is something that we really concentrate on.

Yeah.

As much as we can.

Obviously, like, you know, I eat McDonald's.

Like, it's not... But it's like, if it's bringing me joy at that time, it doesn't matter.

I don't know how the science backs this, but I think it's more of an energy thing.
