tease out whether or not this is a child who is going through a normal down moment, puberty moment, anxiety-provoking moment, and reflexively prescribed because they checked a few boxes on the PHQ-9 or what have you.
I don't believe that every prescription has been adequately assessed, but that doesn't mean you throw out all the prescriptions that are adequately assessed and are following guidelines and are appropriately used and backed by science.

I don't oftentimes use vocabulary, medical lingo vocabulary when discussing a lot of these topics because we're talking to people who are perhaps not in the medical field.
